Price: $39

Your credit card will be charged $39.00 each month until you choose to cancel.

Annual
Price: $409

If you choose to pay the yearly fee of $409.00, your credit card will be charged one time for $409.00.

After your year has expired, you will be re-charged the $409.00 per year, unless you choose to cancel.
